Wavy Cloak Fern

FERN: In the shadows of boulders and cliffs where the sun shines infrequently during the cooler months. Fronds may reach 24 cm in length. Obscure once extended drought has set in.

LEAVES: The fronds are long and straight-narrow with oval leaflets that are wavy-margined. The upper surfaces are green and the lower whitish.

UNARMED

RANGE: In dry mountains from the Sonoran Desert into the Chihuahuan Desert of western Texas and south into Mexico.
